1/2 lb (8 oz) Rabbit Manure

Natural Fertilizer

$4.99

Capture the nutrients from bunny droppings for your plants. Rabbits actually will eat their own pellets to get a second round of nutrition out of them. Knowing this, just think what they have to offer your garden!

Rabbit pellets are loaded up with the Big 3 Nutrients (Phosphorous, Nitrogen, and Potassium.) Additionally they carry many trace minerals that are beneficial for plants. Because our rabbits eat mostly fine quality hay, their poo has great texture that will improve poor soils.

Unlike many other mammal manures, rabbit manure is not "hot" and won't burn your plants even with straight-from-the-source application. These little pellets pack a whallup of nutrition without the smell.

If you have a compost pile, rabbit manure is an excellent addition to compost. They break down quickly and enhance the nitrogen content of compost.

**Note: some pellets will have a white substance on them. This is not mold! When bunnies get urine on their pellets and it dries the white appearance is from calcium the animal has expelled. It's an added bonus nutrient for your plants!

We hand sort our rabbit manure to remove the bedding and give you only the super poops. We weigh our products only once completely dry, ensuring you get the most for your money.

Applications

Potting: Add a thin layer of rabbit manure just below the root ball.

Gardens: Mix into top layer of soil; or sprinkle as a top dressing; or bury when planting.

After Planting: Place pellets around the base of the plant. Can also be used as mulch in large quantities.

Water Additive (Bunny Brew:) Put 1 lb of pellets into a 5 gallon bucket. Fill with water. Leave in the sunshine for about 3 days, stirring daily. Strain through burlap or similar material and hold solids over bucket until they stop dripping. Solids are still beneficial additives. Dilute 1 cup of bunny brew into 1 gallon of water and water plants. Repeat every 1-2 weeks.

Composting: Add desired quantity of rabbit manure to compost pile. Will give a big nitrogen boost to your compost.
